1.    Introduction:

Sales Match LLC and www.SalesMatch.co ("Sales Match," "us," "we," or "our") thank you for visiting our online and mobile resources. In this policy, "you" and "your" refer to readers and visitors of our online and mobile resources, all of whom are assumed to be over the age of 13.

This policy explains whose personal information we collect, what types of personal information we collect, how we use it, whom we share it with and why, and the steps we take to help protect it. "Online and mobile resources" means the websites and other internet features we own, along with any apps we've created and distributed, that let our customers and followers view our content or otherwise interact with us.

2.    How We Collect Personal Information

We may collect personal information from several groups of people, including:

·       Visitors to and users of our online and mobile resources

·       Our customers

·       Current members of our workforce and applicants for posted jobs

·       Third-party vendors and business partners

"Personal information" generally means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you (for example, your name, address, phone number, email address, Social Security number, and date of birth). Where applicable, privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") or the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") define personal information more broadly; our use of that term includes those additional elements.

Important Data For Business:

The categories of information we collect, and how we use it, differ depending on the group. The same person can belong to more than one group. Most of this policy addresses personal information collected from visitors, users, and customers of our online and mobile resources.

We also collect and retain the professional and employment-related information typical of an employer, covering our current and former workforce and job applicants. Details about that processing are provided separately, through internal HR materials or workforce/applicant portals, some of which may be operated by third parties on our behalf.

In the ordinary course of business, we also purchase goods and services, lease equipment and office space, and attend industry events, in the course of which we collect limited business contact information from vendors and business partners. We use this information to manage and perform our contracts with them, or to share information about our products. Further detail is available in our contracts with those parties or on our internal vendor management portals.

3.    Types of Information We Collect:

We obtain two general types of information from you:

1.       Non-personal information collected automatically from every visitor (for example, your device's operating system).

2.       Personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, or that is collected automatically.

By using our online and mobile resources or purchasing our products or services, you agree that we may use and disclose your information as described in this policy.

Voluntarily Submitted Information:

Certain activities on our online and mobile resources may ask you to provide personal information such as identifiers (name, email, physical address, phone number), professional information (such as your business), and financial account information (such as credit card details).

Note: We do not sell, rent, or trade voluntarily submitted personal information with third parties.

Providing this information is entirely your choice. If you prefer not to share it, you can avoid the activities that request it, though this may limit your access to certain features. It won't affect your ability to view information available to the general public on our resources.

Examples of how we collect and use voluntarily submitted information:

·       Emails and online forms: When you email us or fill out a form, we retain your email address and any other personal information included, and use it to respond to you, process your request, and, where appropriate, send you information about products or services that may interest you.

·       Account registration: When you (or your child, via a sub-account) register for an account, we retain the submitted name and email address to create and manage the account, and to communicate with you.

·       Event registration: When you register for services, webinars, events, conferences, or programs we host ourselves, you provide identifiers as described above, and potentially payment information if a fee applies. We use this to register you and send related communications.

·       Becoming a customer/subscriber: We use information from our customers to fulfill our contractual obligations, provide purchased products and services, manage accounts, and communicate with customers.

·       Social media and community features: Some of our resources may include community features (posts, comments, uploads). Anything you post through these features is public and not covered by this policy.

Automatically Collected Information:

Every time a person visits our online and mobile resources, we passively collect basic information through their browser using tracking technologies such as cookies. We also allow third-party vendors, including Google, via Google Analytics, to use cookies to collect information about your browsing activity over time. You can learn more about Google's practices at their privacy policy page, and opt out of Google Analytics through Google's opt-out tool.

Automatically collected information may include:

·       Domain name and IP address

·       Browser type and operating system

·       Date, time, and length of your visit

·       Pages visited, graphics viewed, and documents downloaded

·       Links you followed to and from our site

If you access our resources from a mobile device, your mobile provider may transmit device information that allows us to associate your phone number with your device. If location services are enabled, then your device's physical location is collected. You can turn off geolocation collection through your device settings.

We use this data to compile general reports about site usage, administer and improve our resources, make your experience more efficient, and enhance functionality. We retain personal information in accordance with applicable law and our internal data retention procedures, for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described here.

4.    External Sites, Apps, Links, and Social Media:

We maintain a presence on external social media platforms (such as Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn), and our resources may link to third-party websites or apps. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external platforms, sites, or apps; they operate under their own privacy policies and terms of use, which you should review directly.

5.    When and With Whom We Share Personal Information:

We use non-personal information to administer and improve our resources and inform business decisions. We use voluntarily provided personal information to respond to inquiries and provide requested services, among other uses described in this policy. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third-party data vendors or marketing companies. We disclose information when required by law, and in the following circumstances:

·       Affiliates: We may share your information within our family of companies, which will use it generally as described in this policy, including sending you information about their own products or services.

·       Legally compelled disclosures: We may disclose information to government authorities or other third parties when required by law, including in response to court orders and subpoenas.

·       To prevent harm: We may disclose information when we believe someone is causing injury or interference with our rights, property, other users, or anyone else who could be harmed.

·       Business transfers: If we or our affiliates (or substantially all of our assets) are acquired, merged, sold, reorganized, consolidated, or liquidated, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

·       Vendors and business partners: We may share information with vendors and business partners who have a contractual relationship with us, including providers of third-party software you use for your sales funnels. We limit disclosures to what each party needs, and we contractually require vendors and business partners to use personal information only for the purpose it was provided, not disclose it further without our consent, treat it as our property, and not transfer it outside the United States without our consent. We cannot guarantee that every vendor or partner will agree to, or fully comply with, these requirements.

6.    Your Rights and Options:

You are not required to provide personal information to use most features of our resources, and you can opt out of activities like newsletters and announcements.

Residents of California and data subjects whose information was collected while they were located in the GDPR Jurisdictions have additional rights described below.

1.       "GDPR Jurisdictions" means the European Economic Area (including Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway) and its member states, along with countries that have received an adequacy decision from the European Commission (including Andorra, Argentina, Canada [commercial organizations only], the Faroe Islands, Guernsey, Israel, the Isle of Man, Jersey, New Zealand, Switzerland, Uruguay, and Japan).

2.       Switzerland also has its own data protection framework under its Federal Act on Data Protection.

3.       The United Kingdom is no longer part of the GDPR Jurisdictions following its exit from the EU, and is instead governed domestically by the UK General Data Protection Regulation ("UK-GDPR").

If we use your information to send you materials such as newsletters or product alerts by text or email, you may opt out at any time by following the instructions in the communication (for example, replying "STOP" to a text) or by contacting us using the details below. Please allow some time for opt-out requests to take effect. You may also access, amend, or delete your personal information by contacting us.

We do not currently respond to browser "do not track" signals.

7.    Children's Privacy:

Federal law places special restrictions on commercial website operators who direct their services toward, or knowingly collect information from, children under 13. We take these requirements seriously and do not intend for our resources to be used by children under 13 without verifiable parental or guardian consent, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 except through a parent or guardian following our verification process.

If we become aware that anyone under 18 has submitted personal information to our resources, we will delete it and not use it for any purpose. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, please get in touch with admin@Sales Match.co. We encourage parents and guardians to talk with their children about the risks of sharing personal information online.

8.    California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

When we collect personal information from California residents, we are subject to the CCPA and those residents have rights under it. In this section, "you" and "your" refer only to California residents.

What we collect from California residents: identifiers (name, address, IP address, etc.); personal information as defined under California Civil Code § 1798.80(e) (such as name, address, phone number, credit card number); commercial information (products or services purchased); internet/electronic activity (browsing and search history); geolocation data; and audio, video, or similar information. We may disclose this information for business purposes permitted under the CCPA.

Note: We do not sell, and have not sold in the past 12 months, personal information to third parties.

Your rights: disclosure, access, and deletion. Exercising these rights will not result in discriminatory treatment. You may make a verifiable request up to twice every 12 months by contacting admin@Sales Match. We may ask you to complete a request form and verify your identity or authority to make the request, and we will confirm receipt and respond within the timeframes required by the CCPA.

9.    EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

We collect personal information from data subjects located in the GDPR Jurisdictions. We fulfill our GDPR obligations toward our workforce/job applicants, customers (and their end-clients), and vendors/business partners through separate notices, contracts, or terms provided as required by GDPR and applicable local law. The rest of this section addresses personal information collected from visitors and users of our online and mobile resources while located in a GDPR Jurisdiction; in this section only, "you" and "your" refer to those individuals.

We collect the categories of personal information described elsewhere in this policy. Our lawful basis for collecting, using, and disclosing this information is legitimate interest. As stated elsewhere, we do not sell your personal information to third parties or use it for automated decision-making.

Cross-border transfers: Where we transfer personal information out of the GDPR Jurisdictions to a location not deemed to have adequate privacy protections by the European Commission, we do so through mechanisms permitted under the GDPR.

Your rights: transparency, access, correction and deletion, portability, and restriction/objection. To exercise these rights, contact admin@Sales Match.co. These rights are subject to conditions and exemptions set out in Articles 12–23 of the GDPR, including our right to decline a request if we cannot reasonably verify your identity. We will respond to all requests without undue delay and within any timeframes prescribed by the GDPR. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection regulator.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy:

This policy was originally drafted on April 24, 2025, and is effective as of that date. The English-language version controls over any translation. We may update this policy from time to time; please check our resources periodically, as all information collected is governed by the policy in effect at the time of collection.
