How much does Sales Match cost?

Our recruiting fee varies based on the role (setter vs. closer), experience level required, and volume of placements. We'll provide exact pricing after understanding your specific needs on a discovery call.

When is payment due?

Payment is due after you've selected your candidate and are ready to hire. We also offer flexible payment plans that split the payment over 60-90 days to help with cash flow.

What if the rep doesn't work out?

We offer a replacement policy. If a rep isn't performing or isn't a good fit within 60 days, we'll provide replacement candidates at no additional cost. No questions asked.

Are these reps you recruit remote or in-office?

The reps we place work remotely. In order to work with us, your sales team needs to be able to close deals remotely (over zoom, google meet or a phone call)

How much should I pay my closers and setters?

To attract elite talent, we recommend a minimum total compensation of $90K+/year for closers and $65K+/year for appointment setters. This can be structured as commission-only, base + commission, or salary. We'll help you create a compensation structure that attracts A-players while protecting your margins.

What if my offer isn't converting well right now?

If your offer isn't converting or you don't have consistent lead flow, we'll tell you upfront that you're not ready. We only work with businesses doing $30K+/month with proven offers. We care about results, not taking your money.
