Replacement Policy

Replacement Criteria:
Sales Match sets this replacement policy to guarantee work, who qualifies for it, and how to use it. Sales Match LLC ("Sales Match," "we," "us") issues it.
Whom This Applies To?
Clients on a 24-month placement agreement can take advantage of this opportunity. Clients on a different type of agreement should refer to the replacement terms in their own signed agreement, which may differ from the terms below.
What You Will Get?
If you hired a closer through Sales Match under an active 24-month agreement, and that closer subsequently leaves your business or turns out not to be the right fit, for any reason, Sales Match will recruit, vet, and present replacement candidates at no additional fee.
· No added cost: Replacements are built into your existing agreement. There is no extra placement fee for a replacement closer.
Conditions of the Guarantee:
In this replacement policy, the guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
1. Active, in-good-standing agreement. Coverage runs for the length of your 24-month agreement, and your account must be current on all payments due under it.
2. A replacement, not a refund. Requesting a replacement does not create any right to a refund of fees already paid. Sales Match satisfies this guarantee by providing replacement candidates, not by returning money.
3. Comparable, vetted candidates. Replacement candidates go through the same vetting process as your original hire and are selected to be reasonably comparable in experience and fit for your business. As with your original placement, you interview the candidates and make the final hiring decision.
4. Coverage ends with the agreement term. Requests for a replacement must be submitted while your 24-month agreement is still active.
How to Request a Replacement?
To request a replacement, email admin@salesmatch.co or contact your Sales Match point of contact and let them know which placement needs replacing. No forms or supporting documentation are required. Sales Match will begin sourcing replacement candidates and confirm a timeline with you directly.
