Replacement Eligibility


This policy explains exactly how our replacement guarantee works, who it applies to, and how to use it. It is offered by SalesMatch LLC ("Sales Match," "we," "us").

Who this applies to

This replacement guarantee applies to clients on our 24-month placement agreement. If you are on a different agreement, your replacement terms are stated in your signed agreement and may differ from what is described below.

What you get

If you hired a closer through Sales Match under an active 24-month agreement and that closer leaves your business or you decide they are not the right fit - for any reason - we will recruit, vet, and present replacement closer candidates at no additional fee.

  • No added cost. Replacements are included in your agreement. You will not be charged an additional placement fee for a replacement closer.

The conditions that do apply

We want to be upfront about the limits of this guarantee:

  1. Your agreement must be active and in good standing. The guarantee covers the duration of your 24-month agreement term and requires that your account is current on any payments owed under that agreement.

  2. This is a replacement guarantee, not a refund. Requesting a replacement does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid. We fulfill this guarantee by delivering replacement candidates.

  3. A replacement means a comparable, vetted candidate. We will present replacement candidates who have passed the same vetting process as your original hire and who we reasonably determine are comparable in experience and suitability for your business. You interview and choose who to hire, just like your original placement.

  4. Coverage ends when your agreement term ends. Replacement requests must be made during your active 24-month term.

Email us at admin@salesmatch.co or contact your Sales Match point of contact. Tell us the placement you'd like replaced. No forms, no documentation requirements - we'll start recruiting your replacement candidates and confirm a timeline with you.
